Introduction To Sequential Action
This is the literal groundwork on how we teach new techniques of KICKBOXING and how CAI use the three traditional stages of Motor Learning.
- Cognitive or Mental.
- Associative.
- Autonomous.
SEQUENTIAL ACTION
Sequential Action is the core principle of how CAI instructs KICKBOXING.
The course introduces some background material allowing coaches to develop a presentational framework, so they can present the actual content in the skills and techniques that is taught and coached. This recognizes the fact that when we execute technique, it involves a sequence of action, an order of movements, for the human body to affect the desired outcome.
For example. A striking combination in a fluid movement at correct range and an advantageous angle, is of the utmost importance for winning in Kickboxing.
