Explosive Power
When we develop explosive power for your athlete, they must do 100% effort 100% of the exercise. In order to do this we do less repetitions in our workouts, in order to be sure the athlete gives 100%.
Explosive Jump
This is a single leg exercise, where we want our athletes to explode forward not up. In competition or training, we do not jump upwards (like box jumps) but we propel forward. This is developing the muscles to explode in an applicable fashion to our sport.
Sets & Reps
3-4 sets with a MAX of 3 Repetitions on each leg.
